I am Caroline Cavanagh; a national award winning therapist, published author and anxiety specialist.  I teach people about the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  Any change to one of these impacts on the other two.  So to feel differently, you need to make changes to your thoughts and behaviours.  I will show you 10 simple ways to achieve this.

How does it work?

For two weeks, each week day (you get the weekend off!) you get an email with details of the technique and a short activity to help you develop it.  You can either do the quick activity (we are talking minutes!) or dive in to take things a little deeper.  Everything is also held in a private facebook group giving you access to ask me questions and also share your achievements and get feedback.

Each daily challenge takes no more than 10 minutes.  If you are late joining, or miss a day or two, it is easy to catch up and the group will stay open for a little while beyond the end of the challenge for you to revisit anything you wish to.

Plus a bonus; at the end of the 10 days, you will get access to an e-book with all the tips that you can go back to time and time again.
